1. The Gateway
A one-day induction for the programme and the learning journey with team building activities to kick-start the programme.
You will learn about the
programme approach, methodology, expectations and how it is linked to your future career and success.
You will connect through ice-breaker
activities and team building games.
2.Lego Project Management
We propose to start the students’ learning journey with the Lego Project Management session. This session provides students with a team building exercise to get to know each other and break the ice. They will also learn the fundamentals of project management that will help them to get an understanding of how to manage and run projects related to the subjects they will learn in the subsequent phases.
3.Effective “Remote” Communication
Effective
communication skills is one of the keys to success for employees working
remotely; this workshop provides participants with a benchmark for best
practices in remote communication. The participants will explore the different
channels they have in order to utilize the most suitable ones to ensure a
common understanding and avoid misunderstandings, helping them to become more
effective in accomplishing their tasks.
4.Introduction to Digital Transformation
This
course enables participants to understand the fundamentals of digital
transformation and gain a comprehensive outlook of the digital process and
journey.
Phase 1 Final Assessment
An evaluation conducted at the end of a project's first phase to determine if it has met its goals and objectives. The assessment includes a review of the project plan, deliverables, team performance, and resource utilization. The results help identify areas for improvement and inform subsequent project phases. It is a critical step in ensuring project success.
